How does the server auction work?

Each auction starts at a starting price and drops automatically at fixed intervals, typically every 6 to 48 hours. The first person to click "Buy now" secures the server at the price shown at that moment. If you wait too long, you risk someone else buying first, or the server eventually resetting to the starting price.

What is a dedicated server?

A dedicated server is a physical machine located in our datacenter. It is used only by you, and you do not share any resources with anyone. You have the entire server to yourself.

Which operating systems can I install?

Via our Flux control panel you can install Ubuntu, Debian, Fedora, AlmaLinux, Rocky Linux, Windows, Proxmox and more fully automatically. Via IPMI you can also mount your own ISO and install FreeBSD or whatever else you'd like.

When is the server delivered?

Auction servers are ready to use and are normally delivered within minutes of payment confirmation.

Can i upgrade a server sold on auction?

No, auction servers are sold as is and cannot be upgraded. If you need a specific configuration we recommend a dedicated server built from scratch.

How long is the binding period?

None. Auction servers are billed month-to-month and can be cancelled at any time.

What happens if the price drops while I am filling out the order?

You pay the price shown on the server at the moment your order is completed. The auction is removed as soon as a customer secures the server. First come, first served.
