Abuse reporting

As an Internet Service Provider (ISP), Gigahost accepts abuse reports. However, please be aware that we do not operate or manage the content hosted on our customers' servers. Our role is limited to providing internet connectivity to the servers and maintaining the underlying hardware.

When submitting a request for the removal of content associated with an IP address in our network, you must first attempt to resolve the matter directly with the party responsible for the content in question. Gigahost does not own and is not responsible for content hosted on customers' servers.

If your attempts to contact the responsible party are unsuccessful, or if no contact information is available, you may submit a report through our form. We will then take the necessary steps and ensure that your report is forwarded to the appropriate recipient.

Reports we accept:

• Copyright infringement
• Hacking or DoS/DDoS
• Fraud, phishing or malware
• Spam
• Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM)
