What is a dedicated server?
A dedicated server is a physical machine located in our datacenter. It is used only by you, and you do not share any resources with anyone. You have the entire machine to yourself.
How quickly is the server delivered?
In-stock servers are normally delivered within minutes of payment confirmation. Built-to-order servers typically take 1 to 7 business days.
Which operating systems can I install?
In Flux you can automatically install Ubuntu, Debian, Fedora, AlmaLinux, Rocky Linux, Windows and Proxmox. Via IPMI you can also mount your own ISO and install FreeBSD or whatever else you'd like.
What can I use a dedicated server for?
The use cases are nearly unlimited. Hosting websites, databases, game servers, virtualization, storage or cloud services. You decide.
Can I upgrade the server later?
Yes. If you need more RAM, extra disks or more speed, we'll customize the hardware. Get in touch and we'll find a solution. Auction servers are the exception and are sold as is.
Is there a binding period?
No. All our dedicated servers are billed month-to-month and can be cancelled at any time. We also offer a 15% discount on annual billing.
What is the difference between INTRO, PRO and ELITE?
INTRO is our most affordable line based on Intel Core and older Ryzen CPUs, perfect for hobby and lab use. PRO uses newer Ryzen CPUs with DDR5 and NVMe RAID, for production use. ELITE is enterprise-grade AMD EPYC with ECC memory and 10 Gbit port for heavy workloads.
